I have never heard of Rocket Property Management. What makes you different?
We are landlords ourselves in London. We have worked in the property industry for decades and have seen questionable practices and poor service delivered time and again to property owners. We set up Rocket with a set of values which focus our business on delivering a high level of service, lower costs and better returns for everyone involved.

Will you find tenants for my property?
Yes. We create high-quality marketing materials for your property and carry out background and credit checks to find you the best tenants.
Who handles maintenance calls?
We do! Your tenants can report issues via the award winning Arthur App and will never have to wait long to hear back and get any issues rectified.
Why do I need a property management company? Can’t I do it myself?
It is our experience that private landlords considerably underestimate the time and effort involved. You’ll need to navigate local legislation, carry out compulsory checks, draw up paperwork, create inventories, settle in new tenants and then be on call 24/7 to deal with any issues. A property management company will step into your shoes and look after all of that for you. For some, it’s a no-brainer.
It sounds like an expensive option. How much will it cost?
Not as much as you might think. Because we are a small, local agency without any expensive high street overheads, our fees are extremely competitive. I use a different company for lettings. Can I still use you for property management?
Of course! It’s a myth that the agency that handles your lettings must also manage the property. We are an independent company and can therefore be completely flexible; we offer everything from a weeks’ temporary landlord cover to comprehensive letting, property and portfolio management services. Won’t my tenants prefer to deal with me directly?
Actually, most tenants like to live in properties that are professionally managed. They know that any problems will be resolved quickly and efficiently; and they often feel more comfortable reporting issues to third parties rather than entering into an uncomfortable discussion with the landlord in person. More than 92% of tenants in our managed properties renew for a further term, so we must be doing something right!
